It was a GREAT heavy Oly day at the gym! A lot of PR's and improved lifts!
The skill focus for the month of August is Jumping and Agility. Today we tried our hand (or really our feet I suppose) at Kneeling jumps, Clean Jumps, Snatch and Split Jumps.
