Watch Out For These Women!

Several of our CrossFit women went out to Summit Fire Stn. 33 and invited some other strong women and the firefighters to join them.  AWESOME turn out and Congratulations to Tara and Isabelle for such a successful FGB event!  Thank you, John Wesbrock, for allowing them to come out and play!

Thanks to all of my amazinly strong crossfit women friends for coming out to my station! It was great to workout with all of you! Any time you want to come out here and keep me company...you are always welcome. Workouts get a little lonely out here sometimes. You guys are so inspirational and a bit intimidating to my unknowing partners. That many strong women throwing around weights and pushing their limits...Rock on Girls! Love Ya all!
